Caracas, junio 12 - Los representantes de la oposición venezolana no han sabido manejar correctamente el tema del Referéndum Revocatorio y eso es uno de los factores que han afectado políticamente a este sector.

"Ha habido un muy mal manejo del tema del revocatorio y se revierte contra la oposición", así lo consideró el abogado constitucionalista Hermann Escarrá quien lamentó la "fanfarronería" de quienes obtuvieron mayoría en la Asamblea Nacional.

Durante su participación en el programa José Vicente Hoy que transmite Televen, aseguró que "después del 6 de diciembre y en el transcurso de este tiempo está menguado, está muy vulnerado ese éxito" que obtuvo la derecha en las elecciones parlamentarias.

"Lamentablemente, desde el primer momento apareció la sombra de la parcialidad, de la polarización (...) Lo que hemos visto es una hilera continuada de errores", enfatizó y remarcó que estos fracasos se evicencian no solo en las palabras, sino también en los hechos y propuestas.

El analista político opinó que debido a las contradicciones internas "sigo viendo errores en las afirmaciones que se hacen"; debido al incumplimiento y confusión que generó la AN a sus simpatizantes en cuanto al cronograma del referendo presidencial.

Carta Democrática Interamericana

Por otra parte, el especialista se refirió a la reciente victoria diplomática del Gobierno Nacional ante la Organización de Estados Americanos y felicitó al embajador Bernardo Álvarez y sobre todo la canciller Delcy Rodríguez.

En este sentido, reiteró que la Carta Democrática Interamericana solo puede ser aplicada frente a una ruptura inconstitucional del orden democrático y debe ser solicitada por el jefe de Estado.

El jurista Escarrá manifestó que la actuación del secretario general de la OEA, Luis Almagro, está "desdiciendo mucho" de su cargo y manifestó que duda de su formación en derecho internacional.

"Hay una gran carencia del conocimiento en materia del derecho internacional (...) Se dejó atrapar por las intervenciones desproporcionadas, desbordadas de la oposición" y eso denota una actitud militante.

Por ende, puntualizó que Almagro "debe renunciar porque ya está comprometido, ya su opinión siempre será bajo sospecha y estará parcializada".
