02 02 2016.- El movimiento de pobladores y
pobladoras marchó el pasado jueves 28/01/2016 saliéndole al paso a la
propuesta presentada por el diputado Julio Borges (PJ) que supuestamente
busca otorgar título de propiedad a los habitantes de la Gran Misión
Vivienda Venezuela (GMVV) y de los demás complejos habitacionales
construidos por el Gobierno Nacional, desconociendo los instrumentos
legales ya aprobados y que garantizan el derecho de propiedad familiar y
multifamiliar de las unidades habitacionales construidas por el
comandante Chávez y el presidente Maduro.
La propuesta esconde la intención de que
la asamblea no apruebe recursos para la continuidad del proceso de
construcción de viviendas para los pobres y pretende a fin de cuentas
entregarle las construcciones habitacionales al capital financiero
quienes finalmente convertirían la GMVV en un negocio de compra venta a
favor del capital.
Desde el movimiento de pobladores decimos
NO a la Privatizacion de la Gran Mision Vivienda, respeto a la propiedad
colectiva y mas construcción bajo el esquema de la autogestión.

February 02 2016.- The movement of settlers and settlers left last Thursday 28.01.2016 coming out the transition to the proposal submitted by Deputy Julio Borges (PJ) that supposedly seeks to grant title to the residents of the Great Mission Housing Venezuela (GMVV) and other housing complexes built by the Government, ignoring the legal instruments already adopted and guarantee the right to family and multifamily property of housing units built by Commander Chavez and President Maduro.
The proposal hides the intention that the Assembly does not approve resources for the continuation of the process of building houses for the poor and aims to give the housing construction accounts financial capital who finally become the GMVV in a business for sale the capital.
Since the movement of people say no to the privatization of the Great Mission Housing, respect to collective ownership and more construction under self-management scheme.
