En este artículo vamos a tratar de analizar la problemática, que lleva varios años, de la Frontera entre Venezuela y Colombia, que no ocurre en la frontera entre Brasil y Colombia (¿Será porque son dos modelos económicos y políticos del mismo corte ideológico?.). Por qué no se había dado cuenta Venezuela de este contrabando de extracción tan multimillonario? será porque el precio del barril del petróleo era alto y abundaban los dólares?. Pero es importante que haya sobrevenido los aontecimientos que han permitido ver que hay otra manera de manejar los abundantes recursos de la Nación.

En Colombia existe un sistema económico basado en el Modelo Económico Capitalista (la barbarie), el cual está sustentado por la dictadura del Mercado (controlado por la clase social dominante: Burguesía), adicional a este sistema económico y político, que para mantener su existencia se ha desarrollado con la violación sistemática de los derechos humanos (Falsos positivos, asesinatos de líderes sociales, líderes campesinos, líderes políticos y a todos aquellos que no compartan el modelo capitalista), a manera de ejemplo debemos recordar a Jorge Eliecer Gaitan Ayala, quien ocupó el cargo de Alcalde de Bogotá en 1936. Fue un político y jurista colombiano, alcalde de Bogotá en 1936, ministro (Educación en 1940 y Trabajo en 1944), congresista (varios períodos desde 1929 a 1948) y candidato a la Presidencia de la República para el período 1946-1950. Y fue asesinado por bandas criminales, pero con un objetivo político, que no llegara a ocupar la Presidencia de Colombia, porque haría cambios de fondo a dicha nación, la cual se enmarcaba en las mejoras sociales para el pueblo Colombiano, como lo había demostrado en los cargos públicos ocupados. Su asesinato en Bogotá produjo enormes protestas populares conocidas como el bogotazo.

Inicia estudios superiores en la Universidad Nacional de Colombia donde se titula como Doctor en Derecho y Ciencias Políticas el 29 de octubre de 1924 con la tesis titulada "Las ideas socialistas en Colombia" 

En 1933 fundó el movimiento político: "Unión Nacional Izquierdista Revolucionaria" (UNIR). 

Lideró en el Congreso de la República un debate entre el 3 y el 6 de septiembre de 1929 por el asesinato de un número aún no determinado de trabajadores de la United Fruit Company en la región de Ciénaga, en el departamento del Magdalena. Los obreros exigían condiciones laborales (hasta entonces inexistentes) y un trato justo por parte de sus contratistas. La matanza de estas personas es conocida en la historia del país como la masacre de las Bananeras.

 Se configuró como representante de la clase media y de aquellos que estaban fuera de la vida pública porque los unió a través de sus discursos cargados de emoción e ilusión. Criticó también el orden "convivialista", donde la política se practicaba en círculos cerrados, es decir, que sólo unas cuantas personalidades decidían el futuro del país, allí donde se encontraba concentrada la oligarquía que mantenía dominado cada ámbito de la vida en el país.

En el caso de Venezuela, podemos observar que se mantuvo por mas de 100 años un sistema político basado en el control de la economía y la política, por una clase social dominante: Los blancos criollos apoyados por los blancos peninsulares y posteriormente por la clase dominante de Inglaterra y Estados Unidos, con un Modelo de producción Capitalista (Bárvaro, donde la clase trabajadora en el campo y en la ciudad, no tenían derechos, ni siquiera a alimentarse y a educarse, algo parecido al sistema imperante aún en Colombia.

Pero para el año 1989 ocurrió un fenómeno -el Caracazo- no previsto por las clases dominantes, tanto nacionales como internacionales, sólo pensaban en la extracción de materias primas baratas y la explotación inhumana sobre el pueblo Venezolano, para ese año, específicamente el 27 de febrero se presentaron una serie de fuertes protestas y disturbios en Venezuela durante el gobierno de Carlos Andrés Pérez (representante de la Burguesía Nacional e Internacional) y terminó el 08/03/1989 en la ciudad de Caracas, e iniciados realmente en la ciudad de Guarenas, ciudad dormitorio de Caracas. El nombre proviene de Caracas, la ciudad donde acontecieron parte de los hechos, recordando a otro hecho violento ocurrido en Colombia el nueve (09) de abril de 1948 denominado el Bogotazo, pero este último se desarrolló por el vil asesinato de Jorge Eliécer Gaitan.

En el año 1998 se realizaron unas elecciones donde resultó vencedor Hugo Rafael Chávez Frías, proveniente de los campos del interior de la República de Venezuela, de padres maestros nacidos en la ciudad de Barinas, por una cantidad importante de votos, que hizo imposible que se materializara el fraude electoral, al que estaban acostumbrados a hacer durante más de 50 años.

Hugo Rafael Chávez Frías Ingresó Ejército Nacional de Venezuela en 1971 donde desarrolló su interés por la política y fue cofundador en 1982 del Movimiento Bolivariano Revolucionario 200 (MBR-200) en medio de la crisis económica y social que conllevó al llamado Caracazo en 1989. En 1992, Chávez, junto con otros militares del MBR-200, intentó un golpe de Estado contra el entonces presidente Carlos Andrés Pérez (Conductor de la políticas de la clase dominante, económica y políticamente de Venezuela), el que fracasó y por el cual fue encarcelado durante dos años, hasta ser indultado más tarde por el entonces presidente Rafael Caldera (Quién ganó gracias al discurso que dió en el congreso, cuando era Senador, en defensa de Hugo Chávez. Chávez se postuló a los comicios presidenciales de 1998, con el apoyo del Pueblo y del Movimiento Quinta República (MVR), y tras obtener la victoria se convirtió en el Presidente de Venezuela, con lo que buscaba consolidar la llamada Revolución Bolivariana basada en su proyecto Socialismo del Siglo XXI.

Este Modelo económico y poítico (Socialista) no es compatible con el Modelo Capitalista (Bárvaro) que existe en Colombia, he alli el trabajo político de la clase dominante en Colombia, llevad a cabo con cada uno de los presidentes electos, los cuales tienen que materializar las políticas desarrolladas por la Burguesía y la Oligarquía Colombiana, y aún más, ahora con el tratado de Libre Comercio materializado entre Colombia y Estados Unidos, la economía colombiana depende de las políticas determinadas en los EUA, y la principal política, en estos momentos  de la clase dominante de EUA es tratar, por todos los medios de eliminar el Proyecto Revolucionario y Socialista que se desarrolla actualmente en Cuba, Venezuela, Bolívia, Ecuador, Nucaragua, El Salvador y Brasil y para poder cumplir con este proyecto, la Oligarquía Colombiana y la Guyanesa están tratando, por todos los medios, de neutralizar el avance en el desarrollo del Socialimo en Venezuela, por ser la Nación que tiene relación directa mediante la extensa frotera que tienen ambos países.

Por lo tanto la extrancción de productos subsidiados, por la política de bienestar social que desarrolla actualmente al Presidente Nicola´s Maduro, tiene que ver con la esencia de la sociedad Socialista: Buscar "la mayor suma de felicidad social"  mientras que por el contrario en Colombia la norma es que "el mercado garantizará el bienestar de la sociedad" Para nadie es desconocido que en el Capitalismo, quien controa el Mercado es la clase dominante, es decir la Oligarquía y la Burguesía, por lo tanto en el Socialismo se busca lmejorar las condiciones de vida de la Sociedad, mientras que en el capitalismo se busca maximizar la ganancia de las clases dominantes. Por ello es que vemos que los alimentos, el combustible y la moneda Venezolana son objetivos primordiales para la clase dominante en Colombia, porque allá obtienen fabulosas ganancias dichas clases sociales con los bienes de Venezuela que son extraidos ilegalmente, porque Venezuela no exporta gasolina barata para Colombia, es extraida de manera ilegal, al igual que los alimentos que son subsidiados por el Gobierno Venezolano, para que las clases socialemente excludias por años puedan tener acceso a los alimentos de la cesta básica. Ahora bien, el objetivo primordial para la Burguesía Colombiana es tratar de acabar con el proyecto revolucionario y socialista iniciado por Hugo Chavez y continuado por Nicolas Maduro, es entonces que surge el contrabando de extracción, que por una parte impacta negativamente en la sociedad y pueblo Venezolano y por la otra obtiene la oligarquía Colombiana importante sumas de divisas para engrosar a sus abultadas cuentas en los Estados Unidos de América, de esta manera el pueblo Venezolano no tiene acceso a dichos bienes y es entonces que considerarían que la construcción de la sociedad socialista es un fracaso y buscarían la vuelta de los dirigentes políticos de la oposición al control del Gobierno, es decir que el proyecto de eliminación del modelo socialista está planificado por la clase dominante en Inglaterra, en EUA, en Colombia y en Venezuela, pero definido en el territorio Colombiano.

Este juego perverso pudiera tener unos resultados peligrosos por la sobervia que se desarrolla en la clase dominante en EUA y en Colombia, porque en boca del Presidente de Colombia se mueven palabras como Guerra, demanda ante Corte Penal Internacional contra Maduro y Militares Venezolanos, algo parecido al decreto de Barack Obama meses atrás.

Por otra parte el Gobernador del Estado Tachira ha dicho que se estan ahorrando 26 gandolas diarias de combustible, es decir que si cada gandola tiene una capacidad de 35.000 litros, estariamos hablando de 910.000 litros de gasolina menos de consumo en el Estado Táchira. Continuando en el mismo orden de ideas, si colocamos en el mercado internacional esos 910.000 itros, a un precio estimado 1,45$ obtendríamos diariamente US$ 1.319.500,00 y si multiplicamos esta cifra por 365 para calcular cuanto obtendríamos en un año, la cifra en dólares sería de US$ 481.617.500,00. Este ingreso extraordinario se podría utilizar para construir viviendas en el Estado Táchira, para garantizar que todos los que habitan en el Estado Táchira puedan tener acceso a viviendas dignas con todos os electrodomésticos que garanticen su verdadera felicidad, en especial a todos los que están ubicados en la Frontera. Pero para garantizar su seguridad y su estabilidad social, política y económica, teniendo presente que el Socialismo debe garantizar una vida digna y segura, deberíamos tambien, construir con ese ingreso extraordinario un Muro en toda la Frontera (de mas de mil 1.000 Kmt) y modernizar el paso de un País a Otro, como está en las Naciones Desarrolladas que limitan con otras naciones, como por ejemplo Estados Unidos y México, la modernización del paso fronterizo que se establezca podrá contar con la tecnologías más desarrolladas que haya alcanzado China donde no haga falta estar revisando las gandolas y los vehículos, sino que sean revisados por equipos de alta tecnología, de esta manera la mano del hombre, por más habil que sea, no tendrá ningún contacto con el tránsito de vehículos de Colombia a Venezuela y viceversa. Asimismo, con la construcción del Muro Fronterizo, permitiría que los hermanos Colombianos y los compatriotas Venezolanos pasen por la frontera modernizada y no por las trochas que no garantizan ninguna seguridad para ninguno de ellos. De igual manera no volveremos a saber más nunca que nuestros soldados fueron atacados por paramilitares escondidos en trochas o en callejones, huyendo libremente para el vecino país, sino que el muro impedirá cualquier acción bélica de los paramilitares en contra de nuestros pobladores y de sus compatriotas que están yendo y viniendo hacia Venezuela.

Como es de todos conocido que Colombia no tiene infraestructura para garantizar el suministro de conbustible a pueblo del Norte de Santander, es decir de Cúcuta, el primer cliente al que se le estaría ofreciendo esos 910.000 litros de gasolina sería al Gobierno de Colombia.
