La Polar y el ¡Vamos con Todo!. The Polar and go all!
Hace casi una año escribí: POLAR: La 4ta. empresa que recibió más dólares vía CADIVI en 9 años (ver tablas).
Me atrevo a exhortar a los trabajadores y trabajadoras del país a leer
la anterior información, en especial, a los que trabajan en el Grupo
Polar: los que están en Huelga en Cervecería Polar C.A. por la justa
lucha por su contrato colectivo y los otros que se encuentran pegados a
su "justo patrón" y colaborando en un video que insinúa, por su contenido, la posición firme del dueño de la empresa. ¡Vamos con Todo! es el título del video escogido por el equipo de publicidad del heredero y conductor destacado de esta gran Corporación ¡¿Nacional?! Empresarial Privada y que descaradamente explota lo Público, a sus trabajadores y a los consumidores.
Aunque suene duro: la verdad es la verdad. Y lamento que no
tengamos un gobierno que la destape… y como dice un compañero de Marea
Socialista ante la queja del sector privado contra lo Público: "que sea
capaz de enseñarle a todo el país que Lorenzo Mendoza y todos los dueños
de las grandes empresas privadas "nacionales" y extranjeras en el país
se enriquecen gracias a PDVSA, que es la EMPRESA PÚBLICA
DE TODOS LOS VENEZOLANOS, por donde entra el 97 % de los dólares que
ingresan al país por la venta de hidrocarburos y que la personificación
del Capital y la Burocracia se lo apropian delictivamente".
Pero sigamos: Lorenzo Mendoza no solo ha recibido DÓLARES PREFERENCIALES
en groseras cantidades, sino QUE QUIERE MÁS. No le importa parar la
producción de su empresa oponiéndose a la discusión de la Contratación
Colectiva, sino que pretende utilizar a todos sus trabajadores y
trabajadoras para sacarle más dólares preferenciales al SECTOR PÚBLICO con el argumento de importar láminas para las chapas de los productos de su empresa.
Precisemos de una vez, que el Grupo de Empresas Polar la mueven son los
trabajadores y trabajadoras, sin ellos su emporio no fuera nada…aunque
reconocemos que Mendoza es un empresario muy hábil: como ese 1%
de sus iguales en el mundo que no se cansan de "amasar sus fortunas
volviendo harina a los demás", es decir, a los que viven únicamente de
su salario.
Y ante los desafueros de este sector privilegiado del Capital es donde
el gobierno se queda corto, no transmite aprendizaje a los trabajadores
de La Polar y del país para desentrañar la trampa: una Trampa contra el
Patrimonio Público Nacional que lo está develando en parte la Huelga y
la lucha que hay en Cervecería Polar C.A.
El comportamiento de Lorenzo Mendoza frente a lo Público, el Pueblo y el País no es tan altruista o generoso como él pretende reflejar. Veamos las CIFRAS[i] en el siguiente cuadro:
- Las cuatro empresas del Grupo Polar están en el ranking de las primeras 100 empresas que más recibieron dólares preferenciales durante 9 años de existencia de CADIVI de un total de 10.374 empresas que solicitaron divisas y les fueron asignadas.
- A las cuatro empresas del Grupo Polar señaladas en el cuadro se les asignó un total de: 3.022.465.869 dólares preferenciales a través de 14.453 solicitudes en 9 años. Es decir, introdujeron casi 4,4 solicitudes diarias durante los 365 días de los 9 años que duró CADIVI incluyendo días feriados, sábados y domingos. Pero lo sorprendente es que se le asignó diariamente 920.081 dólares preferenciales durante 3.285 días que corresponden a 9 años.
- En Cervecería Polar C.A., donde los trabajadores están en Huelga por la discusión más que justa de la Contratación Colectiva, CADIVI le asignó 595.215.302 dólares preferenciales a través de 7.082 solicitudes en 9 años. Es decir, esta empresa introdujo casi 2,2 solicitudes diarias durante los 365 días de los 9 años que duró CADIVI incluyendo días feriados, sábados y domingos. Pero, igual de sorprendente es que se le asignó diariamente 181.192 dólares preferenciales durante 3.285 días que corresponden a 9 años.
Pero por otra parte y lo más importante, porque toca la exigencia
inobjetable de la necesidad de una Auditoria Publica con participación
ciudadana y de los propios trabajadores de Cervecería Polar C.A., es que
el BCV a través de sus organismos administradores de divisas y el
SENIAT:
