Canal de Nicaragua, el Departamento de Estado de EE.UU. empezó a
materializar su plan de desestabilización de América Latina y justificó
su intervención en los asuntos de los países de la región alegando
preocupación por la presunta violación de los derechos humanos en la
zona, afirma el periodista y politólogo Ígor Ignátiev.
